Who needs thumbs, anyway?

AM:

Sprint-8 on rower, 3350m
No climbing today. :sadpanda:

PM:

Snatch setup x 3: 135 - 155 - 185 - 195
Snatch-grip deadlift x 1: 225 - 245 - 275

Hook grip HURTS. Actually, I think it's a lot like false grip: exceedingly painful at first, but necessary. These were awkward and painful, but good practice for developing a proper snatch.
