50% Christ in Fuzzy Bunny Slippers

I'm stealing Daniel's name for this rough workout. Can't think of a better one, and it makes a certain amount of sense.

WOD:

15(8) Thruster 75/45 Sandbag or 95/65 Barbell (sub: 25# sandbag)
9(5) Pull-ups (sub: jumping)

I've been feeling pretty thrashed since doing Nate on Wednesday - particualrly my traps (taking anything off over my head - or even getting into and out of a jacket is pretty damn uncomfortable) so I wasn't even sure i was going to go to class today. I'm glad i went and did 50%. I think it actually loosened up a little bit of the soreness.

It was a little weird after I finished and everyone else was still going at it - I kept wondering if maybe i should have done the whole thing - but I think 50% was the right thing to do. My knees think 50% was more than enough *sigh*.
