Four rounds for time of:
20 Glute-ham sit-ups
15 Back extensions


Couldn't do the GHSU's, so did incline situps. Had to rest after every 5 for the last set. Did the workout after a few hours of climbing, but don't think it affected it much.

Climbing: an 8, four 10a's, two 10b's.
