Took yesterday off. Intend to do that workout tomorrow. Today's workout:

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

I did this after Robert's morning spin class (700 calories), so started pretty tired.

Bench weight: 135#

Reps (same for each, oddly): 7/5/5/4/3
