Clean x 1: 85-90-95-100-105
Strength:
Overhead squat x 5: 85-85-85
Ring Dip x 5: BW-BW-BW
Alternated with 5 depth jumps.
Flex: various static holds, PNF hamstring with strap. Ball rolling.
