Barbell complex

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

I got 5 rounds using a 45# bar. we were going out for Daniel's b-day afterward, and i didn't want to be too tired and sweaty, so i took it kind of easy.
