Shattered

I am in shit shape today, man. Wiped. Exhausted. The last two days have totally fried my banana.

So, I probably shouldn't have done this:

Sprint-8 on rower: 3180m
Climbing: 10a(o), 10c(f+), 9(o), 10b(o)

But what the hell.

no, actually, my lower back feels fine, kinda surprisingly. It's my arms that are dead - all the way from my lats out. I think it was really the burpee/pullup WOD that killed me, and I'm just feeling the full effect now.
