In any case, I think that Daniel was only pointing it out as a possible cause of getting worse scores this time than several months ago.

And lastly, doing .5 volume or only the warm up in the early class only addresses the issue of insane volume, and doesn't address the issue of essentially spending the whole day at the gym, and giving up all of Saturday to nothing but working out. I don't know what's possible in the scope of available time slots at BIW or your time Max, but it would be helpful if the class were either right afterward, or somewhat later in the day to allow time to do something (anything) in between classes.Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06303944565088511027noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4047609763996160826.post-30002615568147637762009-01-03T21:40:00.000-08:002009-01-03T21:40:00.000-08:00Whoa! If there's a better time that would work for you, I'd be happy to join. I'd reccommend Monday nights but that eats into climbing. Maybe Tuesday nights? Just a thought.Evhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15847074165838667618noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4047609763996160826.post-40213576215093406402009-01-03T20:07:00.000-08:002009-01-03T20:07:00.000-08:00From main site:"Tabata Something Else"Complete 32 ...From main site:

"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.MBL100https://www.blogger.com/profile/11286821124058073803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4047609763996160826.post-2543776371135721512009-01-03T20:04:00.000-08:002009-01-03T20:04:00.000-08:00Damn Dude, that picture is amazing! Either do the WOD @ .5 volume, or just do the warm-up and then help me out with stuff.

Sometimes (always) taking it to a higher level takes sacrifice, discomfort and pain. And sometimes (not always) it is worth it.MBL100https://www.blogger.com/profile/11286821124058073803noreply@blogger.com
